This policy explains what personal information Kahani Founder Studio (“Kahani”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it.

1. Who we are

Kahani Founder Studio is run by its four founders: Sheetal, Sakshi, Ayush and Beliz. It is not yet registered as a company. For anything about your personal information, email belizozdal@thekahanistudio.com.

2. Visiting this website

• We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking.
• Our fonts, images and video are served from our own website, not from third parties.
• Our hosting provider processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. We do not use it to identify you.

3. Booking a call

The “Book a call” buttons take you to Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com collects the details you enter, usually your name, email address and the time you choose, and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Cal.com handles that information under its own privacy policy. We use your details only to prepare for the call, hold it and follow up.

4. Emailing us

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. The only services involved are our website host, Cal.com and our email provider. Some of them may process data outside the country where you live. We may also share information when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep booking and email details for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR in Europe and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 give you the right to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, and to object to how we use it.

To use any of these rights, email belizozdal@thekahanistudio.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. This website is for business professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18.
